We are reaching out with a heartfelt appeal — and we are delighted to share that the response has been overwhelming. Residents across towers are stepping forward in solidarity, because the time to act is now.
Years of mismanagement by Nexgen Infracon / Mahagun India have left us without a legitimate, legally recognised residents' body — meaning no accountability, no recourse, and no united voice. Residents continue to suffer on account of:
- Maintenance funds collected but services absent or deteriorating
- Incomplete common areas, landscaping, and promised amenities
- Safety and security gaps left unaddressed by the builder
- Arbitrary charges with no transparent accounting
- Pending RERA obligations deliberately left unfulfilled
- No handover of society management to residents despite full possession
The AOA — once registered — will give us legal standing to demand accountability, audit funds, and govern our own home. Every signature counts. Together we are stronger.
